Is it just me, or are there a lot of businesses in Yuma that have a serious lack of professionality? I'm only 34 but I remember the days when people actually answered phone calls, returned messages within a reasonable time frame and actually did what they said they would for you. Nowadays that rarely happens. It seems like most people that work front desk jobs tend to be rude, impatient, and or lack business etiquette. I usually feel like a burden when I have to actually interact with them. I've encountered three businesses back to back in Yuma where this has happened etiquette consultant training. I'm very easy going and not difficult to work with at all but it keeps happening. It's weird asf. Have you noticed the same thing?
