Outlook: How to Use a Special Signature for Replies
It's simple to create and use a signature in Microsoft Outlook. Outlook, however, only includes a signature in brand-new email messages. Edit the Outlook settings to add your signature automatically to replies and forwarded messages.
Create the email signature before you send the message if you want to use a new signature for responses and forwards in Outlook.
Activate the File tab.

Select Signatures from the Compose messages section.

Select the Replies/forwards drop-down arrow in the Signatures and Stationery dialog box.
Select the signature you want to include in replies and forwarded messages to other recipients.

To save the changes and shut the Signatures and Stationery dialog box, select OK.

For a single reply or forward, use a special signature.
Establishing a default signature for all answers and forwarded emails is optional. Instead, you have the choice to manually add a signature when necessary.
Select Reply or Forward to open a new message window after opening the email message you wish to reply to or forward.

From the drop-down list, select Signature, then select Signatures. The dialog window for signatures and stationery appears.

In the box labeled "Select Signature to Edit," choose your signature. Choose any of the listed signatures if you have more than one.
