Registered: 10/26/2003 | posted: 10/26/2003 at 12:20:53 PM ET I'm an intermediate music teacher (grades 5 & 6) just learning to use the 'Net in my classroom. I'm sure there must be a way to access free audio clips for use in the classroom, but how?

Guitarnoise.com offers some MP3 files on featured song lessons. Wholenote.com also has MP3's available.
Just be careful not to get caught up in downloading copywrited material, always looks bad o a resume. You can also convert you CD files to MP3 if you have the right program, (such as EasyCD Creator), allowing you to easily share the files with students. Hope my limited experience here helps
