So, you’re doing the wiring in your house, and you see a horrible rat nest in the wires. Which one goes where? How do you trace them from room to room? In that case, a good continuity tester will work quickly even in the most challenging wiring situations. Similarly, suppose you get a box of old fuses. How do you know which one is still good? A continuity tester will answer you.

Today, we are going to find the best continuity tester on the market. Before we go any further, let's get clear. These are not multimeters. These should never be used in live circuits. Using them in a live circuit will damage the tester and void your warranty. If the tester is not illuminated, there are two possibilities. First, there is no connection; His or her fuse is broken. Second, the tester's battery is dead, or the tester is defective. Regardless, connecting a continuity tester to a live circuit is a bad idea.

Beyond that, let’s take a look at today’s offers. To get started, we will look at the Extech CT20. This is a laborious tester that comes with a fob to test very long runs. Second, we will review Sperry Instruments CT6101. It is a small tester, mostly designed for automatic circuit or fuse testing. Last but not least, we will test the Southwire Tester 40040S Continuity PRO. This is a larger tester, with a detailed readout for testing multiple wires simultaneously.

So, which is the best choice for you? To find out, we will take a closer look at the features, advantages, and disadvantages of each tester. Once we have considered them, we will be able to give our final verdict. Please read the original post here: https://www.noyafatester.com/product-cable-continuity-tester.html.
