I can't make a decision about creating a dedicated team of IT specialists. Help me weigh the pros and cons and make a decision. What do you think are the advantages of this approach and what are the disadvantages? Maybe someone has already worked with outsourcing. Share your experience.

We have been working this way for many years and we do not even plan to switch to another type of employment. The dedicated teams model https://skelia.com/articles/pros-and-cons-of-dedicated-teams/ has several advantages. Firstly, if you do not have specialists with the necessary knowledge and they are engaged in other tasks, then you can find remote employees to implement the project. It is also beneficial both economically and legally. You do not need to maintain any documentation and reporting for such employees, and you also do not need to pay taxes. And also such a team will be completely focused only on your tasks.
