Any router will be provided a default IP address at the time of manufacturing it. The value of this IP address depends on the brand and model of the router. You can check the default Belkin router IP address by following the steps given below:
• Click on the search box located at the bottom-left corner of your desktop and then enter “cmd”. Choose Command Prompt from the list that appeared on your screen.
• Enter “ipconfig/all” command in the cmd screen and then press the Enter key.
• Locate your router’s local IP Address under the Default Gateway section.
You may need this local IP address and manufacturer’s defaults while resetting the Belkin router.
