If the password you use for Roadrunner email authentication purposes has been forgotten, you can complete a reset of your password via the programme. This can be reached by clicking on the 'Forgot Username or Password' icon from the main roadrunner login page? You'll need to submit information to validate your identity in order to retrieve your password. This could include your username and your ZIP code, or your account number and security code, for example. Many alternatives are available to select from. Click 'Next' once you have entered the details, and follow the instructions. Upon regaining access to your account, pick a new, unforgettable password for potential use.
