During the concert the lead singer asked the people in the crowd to cheer if it was their first concert ever. Lots of kids were hollering so my question to you is this:
When was your first concert and who did you see?
My first concert was back in 1976. I was 13. I saw Alice Cooper. Back then you could take pictures during the concert. I took quite a few and they turned out horrible because my finger was in most of them. Must have been my first time using a camera too.

This is where they usually had Saturday nite dances, and the band was puzzled when kids were dancing. My friends and I stood in front of the stage all nite. This was probably about 68 or 69, I'm not sure. The first big name band I saw was Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels. They played on the town square for free after a major flood destroyed many small towns in the Wyoming Valley, in the Wilkes Barre Pa area. They really rocked! That was in 72, I was 16, and and got flooded out of driver ed. I've been to a few since then!!!! You saw a good concert for you're first one. I saw Alice in Kansas City, And his music hit me like a ton of bricks, it all made sense. Happy concert going, Don
