When the users are unable to import toolbars and emails from AOL Desktop, then the steps which the users would have to follow are as mentioned below:
• Access the AOL Desktop icon which is available on the desktop screen.
• Then you have to provide your username and password to access your account.
• Further click on the file menu which is available on the top left corner of the AOL screen.
• Then, from the drop-down menu, you have to choose the option of ‘Import Wizard.’
• You would then be taken to a new window of ‘Import Available.’
• Here you have to complete importing all toolbars and emails from AOL Desktop to AOL Desktop Gold.
• At the last step, click on OK, and it would complete the importing process.
You would come across the need to import toolbars and emails when you download aol desktop gold on your system. The users would then have to transfer their data from AOL Desktop to AOL Desktop Gold, and the given steps would help with the same.
