Hi all,
Its my first time on the forum. I hope somebody can help me with what I'm after!
My question is-
What notes make up what chords??
I'm a Dj, and I'm trying to understand a little bit more about music production. I want to know what keys are compatible with each other so I can work with them in terms of mixing records!
Hope I make sense, hope somebody can help!!
Cheers guys,
Sean

F_A_C or g-b-d-f#
Moving in fourths or fifths when changing keys is usually more pleasing to the ear.
F to Bb or C
C to F or G

http://www.musictheory.halifax.ns.ca/lessons.html
and
http://www.musictheory.net/
are two of the best. On the first one scroll down to the bottom and click free lessons.
The second is the most comprehensive.
