I'm relatively new to the world of rock music and the band that got me into it were the Red Hot Chili Peppers when I went to see them live with a friend who persuaded me it would be a good thing. It was. I love 'em. Only problem is I can't pronounce the lead singer's last name and I'd feel really stupid asking my friend. Kiedis. How the heck to you say that?
Oh and while I'm at it, the guitarist John Frusciante - you say that Froo-Shon-Tay, right? He rocks so hard! But I feel like such an ass asking these questions!

I can't believe I hadn't been into them beofre and I'd liked some of their songs - Under The Bridge,Scar Tissue and By The Way and the obvious ones - and somehow never known who the heck they were (there's my ass-ness coming out again).
