#beginquote# #beginquote# Welcome to the forum I was 60 when I took my first piano lesson and still at it now. Yep, there have been ups and downs, never thought I'd ever be able to read and make sense of what seemed at first to be a lot of round circles and lines. Hi...Well its Ok, you've taken up a great hobbie. I myself started playing the Bass Guitar when I was 17yrs old...I then played with a Band. But as we got older, we kind of went our separate ways and I put down the Bass Guitar for a long ,long time. I'am now 58 yrs old and retired. So I decided to start learning all over again. No one is ever too old to learn. It is great to be able to play music, so much to learn, all I can say is "enjoy the journey" and welcome to the "late starters club". You might want to check out www.pianoworld.com and take a look at the adult beginner forum.:) #endquote# #endquote#
