#beginquote# It seems to me that you should talk to your parents and have the other members/former members do the same. Apparently there is a problem, unless your school has a disproportionately large group of unruly students in the band, I would say the teacher may be at fault. We have a similar situation with two of our music teachers in our district. The parents and students both should file a complaint with the board of education or whatever entity is in charge of the school. It is the teachers responsibility to provide a quality education to all "interested" and "co-operative" students. Our band director is a wonderful teacher, and as a rule, has very few problems with the students. Demand better, because you deserve it. I am a fragment of my imagination #endquote#
