#beginquote# I'll be moving to Germany this summer and am in the dilemma of knowing what to do concerning getting my guitars and Yamaha electronic piano there in good shape. The movers will do a good job of packing them, protecting them, and getting them there. However, they'll be in transit (truck? ship? plane?) for up to two months and possibly under various temperature differences. I have three guitars: Godin nylon electric, Alvarez Yairi acoustic, and Fender Tele. I'll only be taking one with me in my personal travels on the plane (I haven't decided which one yet). Does anyone have any experience in shipping their guitars in this manner? The outcome? Does anyone have an alternative method of getting them there that they feel is better? #endquote#
