#beginquote# Sorry, I can't help you much, but I can give you some tips. A choir director is suppose to know all the parts and look for spots where people might have some problems. Pay close attention to articulation and dynamics. Conduct and create music; lead them and show them with your hands what you want them to do. Force them to sightsing first, if they are somewhat experienced singers and then go over each part so other parts knows what is going on. That's all I know...I hope that was some help.
