Welcome! I'm going to guess that if you are here you are probably ready to stop smoking. If you are at all like me you have said it one hundred times or more, 'I really need to quit smoking,' as you go for another cigarette. Quitting smoking is a difficult task and sometimes you will fail, you may fail more than once. I lost count of the times I've tried to quit, and it seems like every time that I started smoking again I was smoking more cigarettes than before I quit, like I was trying to catch up for all the ones that I hadn't smoked! In turn I felt worse than I did before, and taking the first step to try to quit smoking again is even harder than it was the last time.
