My teacher unknowingly sparked an interest music history.
Most books are dry and technicle. I guess a general, readable book to start with is what I'm aiming at.

Hi suzyq, on google.there are a lot of sites on music history with listings of books on the subject as well. A lot of interesting info! Good luck. Just type in music history.
