How to find a college? I was advised to look for a college in Oxford, do they really have the best teachers and courses? Who will answer this question for me?

First you need to decide what you want to work after training, then look for a college that offers such courses. My daughter went to the course at Сherwell https://www.cherwell-college.co.uk/ One of the best colleges in Oxford. Professors are trained here, there is an opportunity to live in a youth hostel and fully immerse yourself in student life.
