I love music and have always wanted to learn to play the guitar, but I have a hard time trying to make all the notes and stuff make sense when I look at them. Any easy way to learn how to read music?

I'm in the same boat! I bought a guitar last year and still have not figured it out. On top of that my father just gave me his piano. Now I have two instruments that I have no clue how to play!! I think I might keep reading the how to read music section until something clicks.

The best advice I can give you is to find a good teacher.

Enjoy learning to play the guitar and piano.

You can make up mnemonics. they help to remember the notes like, on a treble clef Every Good Boy Deserves Football for every alternate stave from form the bottom line and F.A.C.E in between the staves.
