I think the sound of violin on my keyboard (casio CTK-591) is not like a real violin. do you think I am right? you think we can play on a keyboard a violin music? as sweet as violin?

You will never get the sound of a real violin out of anything electronic. Not out of a keyboard, or a computer, or anything other than a violin. If you are trying to get a sweet violin sound, hire a sweet sounding violinist. Good luck!

Always ask why! It is an important thing to do, because if you don't ask you will never know.
The reason you can never hear the real sound of a violin from an electronic instrument is because an electronic instrument (or synthesizer) merely synthesizes the sound. Although we are getting closer to the real sound of a violin, or any other instrument for that matter, from a synthesizer, we are still not to the point where an electronic instrument can sound like the real instrument it is attempting to echo.
And, of course, there are so many techniques that can be produced on a violin through different bow strokes, etc. On an electric instrument, you can press the key down and you get the sound that comes out. That can not be changed. While you can choose different settings, such as sustained strings, string chorus, etc., you can not change from note to note within a piece of music.
A real instrument will never be replaced by an electronic one. Thank you for your question and have a great day!
