I am just learning to read music after years of playing guitar. Why are there no sharps/flats on the treble clef (if thats the right word)?

the sharps and flats are notated in yhe key signiature at the beginning of the musical peice. Whatever line or space the sharps or flats are on, those notes are sharp or flat.

Are you using a book to teach yourself how to read music?
