You gies obviously get a great sense of happiness from music. I do too. But, sometimes even really happy music makes me cry.
Music, for me, helps me to understand and appreciate thoughts and ideas that otherwise are hard to put into words. I think that is why people always want to share their favorite music with others...because they hope it will be a bonding experience.

Registered: 3/28/2005 | posted: 12/4/2005 at 8:25:48 PM ET I just finished playing for a community church service here in Ashley, an annual event I've participated in for several years. It includes music from various churches in our community for the Advent and Christmas season. I look forward to this gathering each year. The readings and music in an intimate church setting gives me a chill and fulfilled feeling that can only come from from the true "spirit" of the Season. This ties in so well with this music thread, through the sharing of music and scripture with freinds and neighbors, using our talents for not only the glory of God, but for our own pleasure as well. This is what music is all about!
