Great songs in the key of B-Flat:

"Can you feel The Love Tonight" - Elton John

"Honesty" - Billy Joel

"Jumping Jack Flash" - The Rolling Stones

"Where Everybody Knows Your Name" (Theme song to the tv show "Cheers")

When composing your song try to work in the relative minor key of G minor and the parallel minor of B-Flat minor (and all the subsidiary chords within those keys). Be expansive in your chord progression. Good luck!
