Have you tried to "Google" the topic?

I'll give you a hint..... it has to do with key signatures, and the concept is similiar to the circle of fifths.

If you you want to know what the cirle of fifths is...try listening to "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor. 8+ minutes of that re-curring chord structure, and I think you'll have the general idea!
