    what isRONDO?
Rondo is a form/formula/plan that composers use to compose pieces of music.

Rondo consists of 3 sections: A, B, and C

They compose themes for each section and repeat them in this order:

A-B-A-C-A-B-A

A perfect example (and a listening delight ) is the 3rd Movement of Beethoven's Piano Concerto No.5 in E-flat Major. But he also utilized characteristics of Sonata Allegro form towards the end (coda). The piece (being a piano showcase) also has a cadenza at the very end.

Hope this helps!
