Which "happy birthday" song? Is it a special one, or just the standard:

Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday dear [insert name],
Happy birthday to you,

And in what key? Are you playing with someone else, or just by yourself? If you're playing by yourself, then you can play in any key you want, and if it were me, I would chose the key of Bb (concert), but that's only because I happen to be partial that key on the Horn. I think it would go something like this (sorry I don't have the actual sheet music, but I think you can get the idea):

Start on your middle C:

C - C - D - C - F - E
C - C - D - C - G - F
C - C - high C - A - F - E - D
Bb - Bb - A - F - G - F

That's just off the top of my head - I might be wrong. Give it a shot and see how it sounds.

If all else fails Google it.
