Are there any lyricists who are writing Christian lyrics out there? I would like to put some music to some fresh new ideas.

KK, I write lyrics, and music and would be interested in working with you. I get a lot of inspiration at night but sometimes I'm too lazy to get up and write the stuff down, and sometimes my inspiration comes from Church. Don
I am intwersted in learning to distinguish the difference between all the different musical key signiatures. Does your site contain any of this info, since I compose music, and don't have a good background in reading music? Thanks, Don

Pete, one song I wrote is called When the Spirit Comes Down. I wrote it for my son Geoffrey's Confirmation about five years ago. It's on staff paper, but not copyrighted, so I'd rather not post the lyrics on a public forum. My email is d_kanejr@yahoo.com,if you want to correspond privately regarding lyrics. I also wrote music for The Sorrow Prayer, which is for first penance in the Catholic Church.I had some other ideas buzzing in my head while I was cutting grass on the baseball field at the school where I work. The one peice is tentatively titled I Give My Soul To God. I wrote some lyrics to the Grand Funk Railroad tune Some Kinda Wonderful, which uses some of the words from that tune. There's also one by King Crimson that I put different words to. I wish that every time I had inspiration, that I would have written things down. I guess when I die it will all come back! That's all I have for now, I'm on my way out to see Sting. I'll give a review tommorrow.
