I was looking at violins, and I am a beginner and I searched these forums, and found some good things to look for. Will my height effect how I play the violin because I am 6'5. I am not sure what would be a good size for me since I have never played, and I hope to get an opinion on the matter. Thanks!

If you really are intent on playing a string instrument, but find that the violin is too uncomfortable, you might want to try the viola..... if you can stand the jokes! The cello and the bass are other string options where your finger length would not be a problem.
