Is there a free web site that will show the notes for sharps and naturals for fingering them and knowing the name. thanks

Yes.... a ton of them.

If you just did a google on the word "fingering" you'd probably find plenty of sights that would give you the info you're looking for...... then again, just googling that word might give you some less-than-desirable sights also.

Maybe try "instrument fingering", or even better "[insert name of instrument] fingering".
