I want to transpose an oboe part in an orchestration to clarinet. How do I do it?

Write every note higher 1 full step e.i. C=D Bb=C remember that the key must go up also.

as a followup. If the key is in Bb then it must go to C just like the notes transpose. Up 1 full step. It would help if we knew the original key of the oboe part
