#beginquote# There are only 7 notes that exist. It would be impossible to have 17 flats when there are only 7 notes. You can only have Ab, Bb, Cb, Db, Eb, Fb, and Gb. There can't be anymore, unless you count double flats, but no key signature contains double flats (or double sharps). It just doesn't happen. (by the way, it's not B major that has 2 flats, but it's Bb major. B major would have 5 sharps) #endquote#
