#beginquote# Alot of you may think that piano is one of the easist but as a pianist, i don't believe that's true. I've been playing the piano for about 10 years now and i still feel like an ameture compared to people that have been playing longer. i suppose that may be the same for most instruments but chords seem to be more complex than the regular brass or woodwind instrument. Also posture of your body and hands is important as well as daily practice and patience. The more advanced music you play the more your brain feels stretched or as if you can't take it anymore. True with all instruments you start with, your going to have to get used to sit in the right posture, or breathe the right way or devolp calluses to get you past the strings but after awhile that is something you don't even think about anymore. In my opinion piano may be easy to sit at and tinker with little melodies but practice and staying motivated is key, also it just takes longer to "master" than any other instrument. #endquote#
