#beginquote# If you examine a violin closely, you will notice that the bridge on the body of the violin is high and arched. In order to bow the proper string, the violinist must tip the bow as not to hit another string. This is why they hold the bow so delicately. there are times when more than one string is bowed, this is commonly referred to as two or three stringing. It is accomplished by putting more pressure on the bow, and fingering different strings at the same time. I am a fragment of my imagination #endquote#
