#beginquote# Our Easter vigil was wondreful! The instruments included: Pipe Organ, Piano, Brass quartet, Tympani, Guitar, which accompanied the Choir. It is great to feel the walls vibrate with such joyous music. This morning our childrens' choir sang accompanied by Organ, Flute, Electronic Piano, and Guitar, as the service was held in another church which ours merged with last year. The kids sounded great, so enthusiastic! The entire three days of the Triduum were all great. Out of the three days, I enjoy Good Friday the most. We had a String trio, Pipe Organ, Piano, Guitar and Choir. There is so much more meaning and contemplation surrounding Jesus' Passion and death, and the music is more reflective and haunting. Holy Thursday has a combination of both with the singing of the Gloria and then switching back to the minor peices as the reality of Jesus' arrest and interrogation come to light. The music of all three days raises the hairs on the back of my neck, and to be a part of it both as a choir member and guitarist can't be compared to any thing else. I hope everyone enjoyed this Easter celebration, both spiritually and musically. I am a fragment of my imagination #endquote#
