#beginquote# Well, I play flute so i can't give you info on how to play your clarinet. However if you're worried about the qulaity clarinet I woul ask a PROFESSIONAL CLARINET PLAYER. Maybe one at the music store. Just know, if you're getting a new instrument it will take some time getting use to. My advice would be to get a better brand ( I hear selmer is for beginners, not entirely sure.) and work really hard at it. But then again I don't play clarinet. So make sure you ask a professional and do what you're comfortable with. Just because they might say selmer isn't a very good brand doesn't mean you HAVE to get another one. If you feel you'd be more comfortable with your regular clarinet keep it for another year or 2. Hope I helped!:D ~Emily~ #endquote#
